Rugby Street Pastors Initiative (RSPI)

TRAINING COORDINATOR 

Commencing June 2023

The Rugby Street Pastors’ TRAINING Coordinator is expected to work on their own initiative, under the oversight of the Management Committee, particularly the RSPI Street Pastors Coordinator and is the lead figure in this REVIVE initiative, responsible for organising & delivering the Ascension Trust mandated training modules, thereby ensuring that a sufficient number of trained volunteer Street Pastors (SPs) is maintained.

This appointment will be on a freelance basis, home based for the training planning phase, with no fixed operating hours, with the delivery of the Ascension Trust mandated training modules being conducted primarily at Rugby Elim Church, with the majority delivered on approximately 1 or 2 Saturdays per month, over a period of 3 – 4 months and perhaps one or two evening sessions.

A set amount of grant funding (for at least 1 year), is currently provided by the Warwickshire Police & Crime Commissioner.
