Please contact the parish office or fill in the form below with the names of your loved one(s) who you are coming to remember, so that during the service we can offer them all to God, as a symbol of our thoughts and prayers. There will be an opportunity to place a cut flower in a special arrangement. 

There will be refreshments including cake from 5.15pm.

For those unable to attend you may wish to join us online. You can still provide the name(s) of your loved one(s) who you would like remembered.
